Could not install Office 365 on the Laptop because the Microsoft account kept reading the code for Office 2016. I had already used all licenses for Office 2016. Online web assist from Microsoft resolved the issue and was able to install Office 365 on the Laptop using the proper Office 365 code.

I am so glad I did that because my husband needed MS Office on it and now he has it for the year. He has to learn how it is different on the iPad but he does have it. Yeah!

I ended up taking it back to Best Buy where they were very helpful. After they showed me how to install one program I was able to install the rest myself. So far I have not used any of the different programs but I think I will like them when I do.

I only needed the Excel part and promised myself I would learn to use Google Sheets before the one year subscription expires. I think it is over priced as I had to purchase modules I didn't need and will never use..
