At 1st I was hesitant to get the office suite with the annual fee, but knowing that I will always have the latest versions and the added benefit of the cloud data I think it was the right move.

The software is fantastic, as it's always been, downloading was relatively easy. But I don't like the price of it or that I have to buy it every year. It's a bit of a hassle.

This product came as a bonus with two computers that I purchased for my husband and daughter. No issues as of yet. There have been no security issues with either computer since we installed this program.

Can't do much without this office suite and why would you want to charge extra for something that might make someone NOT buy your product. Being greedy gets you less customers

Being used to older versions of office program s, took some getting used to. But once I did found it very good, still miss my old windows 98 though, best one I think, less confusing for me to operate!

I purchased this for my son but he didn’t use it so I put it on my wife’s computer. She loves it.

I like Microsoft Office. I bought a copy for my daughter for college and she had a difficult time installing it. Had to talk to Microsoft more than once to get it all resolved. It is now up and running well.

I mostly use word and powerpoint and both work great. I don't have any problems with Office software. What I don't like is having to renew/purchase each year.

This yearly thing is for the birds but Microsoft apparently needs more money. Other than that, it is a staple of the work/personal computer these days so you really have no choice.

I just my 17 inch HP laptop and didn't have Microsoft office. So I need to type my screenplays and novels for Microsoft word. Word is my favorite program to use. Can leave home without it using word.

Everything is a subscription now, so if you need office this is a must have for business, if you can do without use the free google suite and just get by

MS Office has no match with any other product as always now with this one year lease policy make it good deal rather to buy every time when Microsoft resales new version of Office

I am still learning thanks to my grandson ! I love my new computer and office ! Having a little Bit of trouble with windows 8! But Iam getting better every day . I love Best buy they are always helpful ! Thanks again.

I have been able to complete my classwork for my on-line classes using Office 365. Powerpoint presentations, outlines, research papers, etc. have been easy to prepare with this tool.

I got this as an add on bundle to my laptop on sale and its one of the best things I ever purchased for the value. It has touch screen and SSD which starts up the laptop immediately.

The product is very nice. I had a powerpoint presentation to do and it was much better than prior versions. The only negative was that I had trouble loading it via the website. That part was not easy.

I purchased this for my new Mac and was pleased with the ease of downloading and setup. Coming from windows based computers; having an Office suite makes for an easier transition.

I was surprised when I realized the WORD I had installed on my new computer came in Office 365. I am retired and only use the computer at home. I can understand why there are many features with 365 professionals might use, I don't need them. I only wanted the Office I could purchase one time. I called and Best Buy exchanged the 365 for the one time purchase. I don't think I would have kept my new computer if I couldn't have exchanged it. I am VERY happy with the one time purchase. I'm sure the 365 is very useful for professionals, but it just wasn't what I needed.

Office 365 personal always comes in handy always good to have never want to go without. My only issue is I cannot get it to work with my computer which was recommended to come with

Bought this add on to ensure full capabilities would be available for needs of a student. Don't know yet whether or not it was needed but since it was on sale bought it as a safeguard.
