Office 365 works fine as it has for years. The problem is that after you pay for it, you don't own it as before! Everything is stored on the cloud, but you don't always have access to the cloud, so what do you do then? It's just a way to make you think the software is cheaper but in reality Microsoft is getting more from you for the new leases every year and eventually from your 'cloud' storage fees!

CODE DOESN'T EXIST as per microsoft. REALLY BEST BUY? I got this card from BestBuy Clovis. Didn't activate it right away and when we did, the code is invalid. We wouldn't have suspected since the silver area was intact. But why? we were happy to have gotten a free office 365 and then this happened? Why were we given a bogus card?>>

I am not the sharpest pencil in the pack when it comes to computer or software. This was so much better than the last software I had

I like to write documents for my files and this product provides the capability to accomplish my letters and other documents in a professional style.

Has what I need at a good price. Don't have to worry about being up to date, includes OneDrive and Skype, and is cloud based.

So far it’s working just as you would expect. Seems to be loaded with features compared to the older version of Office I was using.

This was easy and fast to install. I have used all programs and I have no complaints other than I wish this was cheaper.

Great product. I do lots of documentation on my laptop & feel this software is worth it. I would recommend this to a friend.

It has all the programs and now you can download an app and use office on mobile devices. It is not as good a deal as the family price.

tech support for office was horrible. I paid renewal through bestbuy but office keeps saying my office was expired. Felt like a tennis ball between Microsoft and bestbuy who took more than a week to resolve a simple issue

I love working with MS Office and this version was offered at a reduced price because we purchased a new laptop. All in all...a great deal!

I purchased this to get the renewal for my currently expiring license for Office 365. Waiting for old license to expire this week.

I purchased this for nursing school and it has been great!! I can access my documents from school and home to continue typing wherever I am!!

I think it’s a bit over priced since you have to pay every year but I do like that you can use it on several devices.

I’ve purchased this for my dad and he loved it. It was easy for him to navigate and he isn’t great with new software.

This was included as a bonus to the laptop I purchased. It's a great product that helps with all my work needs.

For the price these companies charge for their devices they should give you more then just 3 months Service

This is the worst product ever slows down your computer you cannot get nothing done takes forever to come up on screen

Takes a little getting used to the new format, but a great product. Does everything! For student, Professor, doctor or lawyer, Office 365 is a must have!
