when I Order You fail to communicate

Order micosoft 365 and charge it then you tell my online payment needs to be redone. which the truth computer was coming in late. I call my credit best buy to clear up issue which nothing change then tried to purchase / within 5 min it was ready for pickup. it cost time fuel and money due to your delay. made my purchase not happy.
