Best Buy tells me to buy a new one and contact the company, company tells me to order new wireless keyboard and mouse. Very dissatisfied.

I do not use outlook email and I cannot get rid of it. Wish I had not gotten it and could go back to Outlook 2007. I may cancel my subscription when it comes up for renewal. Do not like having to pay for a yearly subscription.
