Will need now to come into store for something that should have been easy. Called Microsoft and they will not help since I bought from Target retailer. I should have waited and bought directly from Microsoft .

It has been used to accomplish that goal. One issue I have with the product is that it only wants you to install products from Microsoft. If you want to install something from another vendor it says a security feature must be disabled and cannot be enabled again after installing the software.

I tried to return it but they were unable to refund me. If I had known that if you bought it, there was no refund. I would have never purchased it. Not a good end user experience.

I bought it and have not touched it after 2 wks I cannot figure out the Excel sheet or word very very disappointed and i have failed my boss with knowledge. I would have rather spent my money on a more expensive learning pack that was clear on instructions. I would actually like a refund or an easier product to give me more knowledge. :(

It works fine, but a lot has changed since Office 2010 so you will have to get used to a new look and everything being where it wasn't before. Not sure why MS developers love to move things around just so they can say the program is new -- once you are done with the goose chase it all works as Office should.
