However, limited usefulness on a tablet or phone which is a bummer. The annual fee is frustrating as well, but I guess you could always buy the entire suite at their normally outrageous price

If I needed to buy this even though I told them I was a student and already had it; I was told it was imperative to buy this regardless and so I did. 2 star review is due to employee error b/c Office and Office 365 are awesome products.

It did not move like my work computer. Like always there is a difference in the software. The package ended and l almost lost everything when I transitioned into the watered down version. I’m not happy it’s all about money.

But I got my kids laptops a few weeks later, and got them the version that can have five users. Before you buy personal, which only supports one user, look to your future needs. Even though it was only a week later, Best Buy does NOT allow refunds for downloadable software purchases, even if they have not used the code.
