I talked with them on Fri Sept 10 and they said an email would be sent to me and still nothing. Will not use Best Buy moving forward. I would encourage you to buy somewhere other than Best Buy.

Even though it says you get Office 2016, when your subscription expires the software isn't usable anymore! You can't generate new documents or edit existing ones until you renew your subscription.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. Then I requested an earlier version of Word and got word 365. It is too complicated. I want an earlier version of Microsoft office that is not as complicated.
