    Garbage! Hate Microsoft as the suck at customer experience. $100 spent and still have not used the app because it is impossible to log into. Cannot contact anyone for help total waste.

    Cost and install process worked well but I am constantly hit with promo and update requests. I thought I selected out of most but they seem to find a way to constantly bug you on features and updates. I just installed and already went to use my computer only to have to wait 5-10 min for updates and computer restarts.

    I guess a year subscription to Microsoft office is something some would like, but if I had understood it was only for a year, I would have taken it off the price of the lap top and just bought the software, because now I just have to turn around and buy it later.

    Purchased xPS 9300 and it was defective out of the box. Neither the keyboard or touchscreen worked. Every experience along the way to resolve this just got worse and worse.total incompetence and absolute lack of quality control. Do not buy Dell from Best Buy.
