Every time I try to you use it, it takes me to Microsoft website and have me purchase it again. I have put in the security code and created a password. I will be calling the geek squad for assistance

I returned it and am waiting for the refund. The customer service was good, but best buy shouldnt sell subscriptions to products that are not supported.
