I wish it was like the old days where everything was stored on my computer and not in the cloud. Also don’t like the fact you have to repurchase every year

We had a lot of problems downloading this window product. On both iPad and Mac! I do love Microsoft excel and I know it well but I still have not been able to download it on my iPad

Never worked properly. Would put down operatically. No, it wasn't a time out problem. Returned with HP Computer.

Don't especially like renewing every year. I'm not sure what the advantage of renewing every year is for me as a customer and wonder how long this will go continue. Will there be a time when I can't continue using this software?

I was NOT told that this software was auto renewal each year!!!! Definitely would not have bought this software had I had known!!!

I did have a virus when I hooked up but the Geek Squad is amazing and they always seem to get me out of my situations. I like the package with the Computer/Office and Carrier. My husband is a beginner with it but is quickly learning.

No one came to help me, I had to wait for 35 min and then went to find help, and was told by an employee that they couldn’t help me to find someone else

I bought this when I bought my Microsoft Surface and I hardly ever use it cause it's easier to use the Google docs. Save your money and just use the free online options. It works the same and is very convenient.

A subscription service for office products is a strange concept for me. I am hoping this works for what I need. I'm still navigating through everything, but so far all features are current and user friendly for word and excel.

Didn’t want the product but the sells rep was adamant I should get it, still haven’t activated.

Big annoying prob: u have to hv internet access if something changes on system whereby Microsoft is indirectly affected. Otherwise can't use program without online verification.

I did not receive my money back for this product even though I have not used it or even try to download it. I also keep getting messages to download it for which I do not need it now.

When you purchase through Best Buy you can't manage your own subscription through Microsoft. Worse experience, EVER

I needed a new version of the microsoft suite, my old one was 2008. I don't work with it much but it seems fine, a little difficult to find the features I use, but it does seem to handle the fonts better than the old version.

Bought this and a PC thinking that my old computer was dead. It wasn't. I was not allowed to return it, so I'm stuck with it.

if you are a google fan - this will probably be easier for you to set up - I am not a google fan so it took a little doing to get it set up but life without word as a teacher is impossible - so I had to have it.

Nope. Not interested in a subscription. This was some free trial and within minutes of exploring what it offered, I was done. I chose Office 2016, of the sort that does not require me to pay every year. It's also considerably less invasive of my privacy. I expect soon enough, Office 2016 will no longer be viable, but until it's obsolete, a solid, one-time purchase is superior., and my choice. I've forgotten what all happened the now, but I know I was dismayed at the level of intrusion 365 posed to my privacy, and the fact I'd have to pay a subscription ot be able to use it ongoing. Office 2016 ftw, until it is completely obsolete, or until MS goes back and offers things in an ethical fashion again. Google, sucks, Bill. Don't be like Google.

When I bought it from Best Buy they were having issues activating the card at the register so after many calls to Microsoft I finally got it installed. Programs are great. Microsoft Word even has a notebook design which is perfect for students.

I found it very confusing to load up. And even now im not sure if I've activated the plan that I purchased or a free trial?

Impossible to set up & install Office 365. On phone 2 hours with Geek Squad and no help. Keep getting disconnected, which I guess is what they do when they’re on the phone too long.
