I am dissatisfied because it refuses to install. I spoke to Microsoft for an hour and a half without resolution because I had run out of time. I called Apple and spoke to them for an hour, still no installation. I need help.

Doesn't have a fraction of the features of the old Word program I had on a different computer. Honestly, there were word processing programs in the 1990's that were better. Save your money. Google Docs is better.

We have not been able to download to our computer!

We haven’t been able to download to computer! Site is saying the number we scratched off has already been used! And is asking us to purchase over $200 for them to solve the issue!! Will not renew when the year is up. Just a gimmick to be able to keep billing without providing the purchased service. Have to now bring my computer in for repair ... another cost for me.

The directions with the package and online were also crap and a waste of time. I returned it for a refund and went to the Apple Store where they got it right on the first try.

The only thing is now it must be renewed at least annually.
