I only wish I had realized that it's not just for one person but one machine as well. You can't use it on your laptop and your phone. You have to pick which one. otherwise you have to pick a different product.

Sent them a complaint, no responce. Also, the technician that helped me could not make the email application work. Had to elevate to senior technician that updated the password in the application. Ten minuts and another charge. Inept.
