I love microsoft office. The item was so easy to download and install on my computer, which works great, although I also installed it on my ipad, It's not as user friendly. It will take getting use to while copying and pasting. Overall a good product.

Happy with this purchase. It has seamlessly transitioned me to my new Surface Pro 3.

Not a good as my older xps13 and comparatively way more expensive. I haven't had a good experience with bb for years now.

I don't want my stuff on the cloud and it's constantly pestering me to do so. How do I know if defender is even working?

The price is perfect when purchasing a new computer. I normally would not purchase Office, but at this price, with unlimited cloud storage with One Drive, you might be a fool not to get it.

Microsoft Office 365 purchased so that I could continue to use Office on my desktop and laptop. Works great. Have used Office for may years.

Product is great for my two laptops (PC & MAC) and various tablets and smartphones. All my family uses it. The renewal process is impossible. The past renewal was painful. This second renewal is shaping up to more of the same. There is some communication break down between Best Buy and Microsoft and the renewal indicates that it went through with Best Buy but not with Microsoft. There is all this finger pointing and me just wasting my time. Last year they had to give me a new key code. I have been calling every day for the last three days. Now MS is telling me to get my $$ back from Best Buy and renew my subscription with MS directly. Best Buy is not giving me the call in hot line from.. tell me they need to transfer me to the MS Office specialist and the then disconnect me....

It is ok ,my iPad pretty much had every thing on it already .

It was really easy for me to access, i am still trying to set it all up but it is really slow, i use a HP ELITEBOOK

This product was easy to install and very easy to use as a beginner. It has instructions and a tutorial that helps the program to be even more useful. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this when I bought a new computer because it was $20 off if you bought both. My daughter needed office since she started school and I use office pretty much one a daily basis. Great product.

Purchased this with my new Macbook and received $20 off which is always a bonus. It was super simple to install and get started. The added cloud memory is a really nice feature also.

The latest offering from Microsoft seems to be OK but is significantly different from my earlier versions. No problems so far and older files all see compatible with the current version.

Difficult to figure out. Wish you would stop changing everything.

Updates, New features, 1 Terabyte in OneDrive that can be use in your PC, Tablet and Smartphone, 60 Minutes per month to use Skype for call to any landline and cellphone numbers (International), for $70dls per year? Its great!!!!! That's the value for getting something Premium. I don't know why most people don't get it. BTW if you want a life time version, is still there and its called Office 2016 Home and Student, $150dls. I better pay $140dls for 2 years Office 365. Just know the benefits of that edition and then talk.
