Last month I got a new CPU. The tech said switching the Microsoft acct from my roommate to me would be a cinch! The problem STILL continues with NO answer. Every time I call I get AI followed by more AI. I need to discuss this issue with a REAL human and want BEST BUY to solve the issue AS THEY PROMISED.

Product itself is great ,it’s useful and very productive but before it used to be one time buy , now for its full functionality you have to renew its subscription every year which is not fair ,really like ONE DRIVE( it’s cloud service) to keep all my documents and pics save and together and I can access them on any device but it’s also for one year after that some features will go away

Simple to install. Not easy to install on smart phone. Bought one for 6 devises, should have just bought the single device

office 365 killed multiple birds with the single stone for me. I was able to use excel, word, and power-point.

I haven't really taken advantage of my Office 365 Suite so far, but I can see it's potential. I've never had Microsoft Office on my personal computer, so I'm excited about having it now and exploring it's capabilities.

I love using word and excell and powerpoint (I wish I needed powerpoint more often)

There is a reason Microsoft Office is the industry standard. It is a consistently high quality software. In Office, as in Windows, there are many ways to achieve the same results. Though the interface has changed to a ribbon, the old short cut keys you've become reliant on still work. The constant up to date version is a welcome change as anyone who had used a version of a software and had a newer one come out the very next year can tell you.
