This is the simplest to use HDMI device that you can find, all you need to do is get it off the box connected to 1 HDMI and 1 USB for power, you can even use a cell phone charge to power it in case you don’t have a USB port available, so let’s go back. Get it off the box Connect HDMI Connect USB BOOM – display on the screen with instruction Windows flag + K to connect from windows Connecting dialog Enjoy! Now you can connect wireless from your computer, present display, duplicate your screen! Highly recommended it!

The cables are heavier than the V 2 and the component box is quite large. The only disadvantage is there is no 4K app in the Microsoft store. Even with that negative point this is still a huge step up from the V 2 adapter.

It was a very good decision - the new model is more powerful and has better wifi reception than the older model. I can now stream with it much, much better! I recommend it highly!
