This product is one of the best products I’ve used. If it wasn’t for my cat enjoying chewing on things. this would’ve lasted for years because I had to purchase another one that lasted with out any glitches or difficulty. I enjoy the fact that every time it’s time to plug it up I don’t have to worry about shortages or issues like worrying about needing to replace it soon. So great fun for this.

This item replaced my original charger.which our new puppy destroyed. It is a higher wattage than our original but it charges the surface quicker. This is very convenient. Also it was a open box from Best Buy and it works perfectly. I have bought several items that were open box from Best Buy and they do a great job testing them before selling them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy open box items from them.

Great charger, it still works years later and it charges my notebook fast!

Works as advertised. I used it to charge my surface pro 4 when I forget my charger on a trip. It charged at a normal speed to my original charger and doesn’t take up much space.

Works as it should on a Microsoft Surface Pro 6. Would be a 5 star review if I didn't feel that Microsoft made an inferior power supply cord in the first place. The original unit, sent with the tablet, was never moved more than five feet from my front office desk to my dining table. It was never kinked or wrapped and it failed to work properly after one year of use. For the last year I had to plug/unplug the cord from various outlets and plug/unplug the cord from the computer multiple times before it would light up or register on the computer as charging. It was a ridiculous dance I had to do every time I was on the tablet for more than an hour and I felt trapped having to keep my PORTABLE tablet tied to one corner of one room because I was afraid I would not be able to charge my tablet before it totally bricked. Thankfully this cord works -- let's see how long this one lasts.

Works great with my Surface Pro 7. Way easier to travel/commute with than the charger that came with the computer. Also sturdier and has not shorted out like the original charger. Takes a little longer to charge, but worth it for the smaller size.

My original one frayed and needed a replacement ASAP. I was glad I found it and was able to pick-up within 20 minutes of ordering. Working great and great price too!

The standard power adapter that came with the surface stopped working unfortunately. This works perfectly. Only wish the cord was a bit longer.

I had misplaced my original power supply so I purchased this one to use until I found my other one. This one is as good as the original and for a much more reasonable price as a generic version of the same type. I recommend buying generic when possible as the price is better with same quality as oem.

Went on travel for work and realized I had forgotten my Surface charger. I bought this one because it was available at the Best Buy near my hotel. Works great. Not as fast as the charger that comes with the Surface itself, but more than good enough. In fact, this will be my new travel charger due to its size and convenience.

Excellent product. Cord did not fray and current stays solid. It is a little pricey but i only buy them when they go missing not because they stop working.

Bought a surface but missing charge. So i came here to buy this open box charger. It serves my purpose, cheap and delivered to my door.

Great charger and it adapts to my surface pro well.

This power supply lives in my computer bag so I don't have to crawl under my desk and unplug the one that came with my relatively new Surface laptop. It's compact, light, and gets the job done.
