The only issue I had recently was that windows hello wouldn't unlock my tablet in the dark, but I fixed this by disabling my surface front camera when it's not in use. Other than that I love using this tablet for schoolwork, drawing, light gaming and watching movies. The speakers, battery, screen, no fan noise and the 2 in one aspect has been something I've been looking for a long time! I did have to change some of my apps as it uses an ARM chip that doesn't support all apps, but the support for ARM processors has increased quite a bit this past year and all ARM native apps run perfectly. Overall for everyday use, the battery never dies when I'm out (lasting over 10 hours for me), being able to use it as a tablet or a laptop in a second makes it very good for content consumption and work, and the performance has been great for every app I personally use. The only things I changed were the keyboard and the charger. I ended up buying the flex keyboard for the Bluetooth functionality and it makes everything much better with my portable setup. And I got the 65 watt surface connector because when I used it for heavy tasks I noticed the battery was draining as it was plugged in. After upgrading those two, the experience has been perfect for me!

I love this surface pro. It’s fast and the ai copilot is intelligent. I like using the microphone option on that. I don’t have to stop what I’m working on to use it. So much versatility you can do almost anything on it. It’s light and comfortable for using long hours. I really like sketching my dogs pic on there in paint. Awesome program. Xbox games are fun fast loading. I’m creating children’s books an coloring books it seems to be handle my work load & personal just fine so far. I haven’t found any negatives yet. I bought the keypad that comes with the pen as an add on. Love the pen. Don’t hesitate just buy it. It’s a must have for me.

I am delighted to share my experience with the recent purchase of a Surface Pro for my husband. I’ve had this device for about a month now. The screen is absolutely amazing. I almost went with the Elite version which has an OLED instead of the LCD, so I can only imagine the OLED display is gorgeous. I’m very satisfied with the LCD, screen is very glossy but the screen produces great quality imaging— great for watching videos & making presentations. Battery life is really good. The keyboard cover is slim and has great key travel, touchpad has physical click that works well. I also have a Surface Book 2 and love the slimmer build of this Surface Pro. I have used Surface devices since 2014 when I went to undergrad with a Surface RT and I love that the hardware pretty much kept the same design and quality, with obvious upgrades to specs like the processors and software and whatnot. Microsoft knows how to produce great looking and practical Surface devices!

Only reason I can’t give it a 5 star is cause I can’t use CapCut but there are plenty of other software for video editing and it being super portable and responsive with a good battery life is good enough for me. Can even do a little cloud gaming on it if you have a Controller

I have used this for a little over a month. I am really happy with everything with this tablet pc. Not only easy to carry with but also super reliable with all the apps I'm running. Highly recommended! Display is also fab.

I’m incredibly pleased with this tablet. It’s truly a PC that’s a tablet. It’s been able to install and run more programs than I had expected by using 64xARM, including Affinity Photo 2 to edit my photos. This thing is fantastic for taking notes, zoom calls, photo editing, and all sorts of creativity based use. The resolution and speed is impressive and the battery life is far better than I had expected. Watching videos and editing photos simultaneously still allows me to work for 8-10 hours without needing to recharge. I typically only have to charge it every couple of days! Also the Pen 2 has been fantastic and makes editing photos far more precise.

Very happy with this purchase. I love that I can use it like a laptop or a tablet. The screen quality is great and so is the processing system.

Great product i use it for college, and editing videos and it works great for what i use it for i do not edit too much though only at 1080 p, and 60 fps most and for college i love that i do not have to wait for anything to load it is always ready for me to do my homework to my surprise the key board was back lit this is awsome!

My Microsoft Surface is excellent for all my needs! It’s super easy to use, and I primarily use it for work while traveling. The battery life is great, and it has everything I need in one device!

We have just placed our third order for a Surface Pro for our office. My team likes how these devices operate and their portability for when we need to work remotely. We also purchased the docking station and have it connected to a large monitor and use it as double monitors. I will be ordering 2 more by the end of the month!
