Amazing peformance, sleek appearance, fast processor, reliable quality

Picked this up on a whim during the Black Friday sale, and it’s an impressive piece of tech! Build quality is excellent, the screen is top-notch, and the battery life is the best I’ve experienced on a Windows device. My simple workflow (mostly Microsoft apps like Outlook and Excel) worked flawlessly, and even my wireless printers connected without a hitch. That said, I struggled to find a reason to keep it. For daily use, the Surface Laptop 7 suits me better, and as a tablet, it’s a bit too heavy to use comfortably. Ultimately, I returned it—but I’d love to have a reason to own one someday!

This surface is amazing! I love how light it is and easy to take anywhere. It has the power to do all my needs for my little business and so much more. The ability to use it as a touch screen just add to it's value! Highly recommend!

I got this Microsoft Pro for nearly $500 off, the gentlemen helping me couldn't explain why as "BestBuy has random discounts on things at random times", but this tablet + keyboard has proven to be functional and reliable. The home screen was being a little funky at first -- it would black out and sometimes show no display except for the time, but that lasted only for a day, and I otherwise have had no issues thus far. The only other thing I would say is that the Surface Pros in general DO NOT come with Microsoft Suite, which really sucks. I had to download a third-party app to be able to open .docx documents smoothly - really an annoyance. Otherwise, this is a great setup as I get back into the school grind, having to take notes and read material on a large, well-resolutioned screen. The keyboard is also really easy to adjust and well-interfaced with the mechanics of the tablet -- for ex. if you fold the keyboard to act as a stand, the tablet will automatically go into tablet-mode and disable the keyboard functions, which is really nice. Overall, I'm excited to continue using it as my school and personal laptop for years to come.

Easy to setup, download data from cloud and up and running quickly. Plenty of power for my application

This Surface Pro bundle is a great replacement for my Surface Pro 6. It was an easy switch that kept my bookmarks and settings. I have had a Surface tablet since it's very first release (this is my 3rd) and appreciate the functionality and versatility which has only increased over the years. The display is exceptional and is better than previous versions. The only issue experienced is the intermittent failure to recognize the keyboard when booting. It corrects if the kb is detached and reconnected, but an annoying glitch. My BestBuy order was smooth & at a great price. It arrived well packaged and earlier than promised. My trade-in device was processed promptly and the credit received w/o issue. Overall a great experience with a great product!

Great product I recommend lightweight easy to use good for a home or school use

This purchase is for my wife. Shes had the surface pro since 2015 and it was finally tome for an upgrade. It works great and we have no issues. It looks sleek and luckily this one came with the keyboard. I think buying it in the package is the way to go to save some coin.

I bought this during black friday for my mom. She had an apple ipad that was going out and new ones arent cheap. After giving this to her for christmas and setting it up, I wish I got myself one. I love the tablet feature a lot and using the touch screen. Its also easy to setup thanks to microsoft accounts and sso between microsofts apps. Login using your app and you have access to restore settings and all the passwords and favorites on yoir browser and onedrive has all your files. Microsoft has a great product. I will ne getting myself a surface pro eventually. I love how versatile it is and especially the tablet design. I thouroughly recommend.

I'm a longtime fan of the Surface line. This one is sleek, lightweight, and fast. The unconventional screen dimensions can lead to some compatibility issues with older software, but anything from the past 15 years runs great.

This is my third surface pro over several years. Fantastic computer. Light weight and powerful.

Love this Laptop! So easy to work on. Fast processor and light weight design which makes it so easy to transport/carry.

I bought this surface to replace my old Surface Pro 4 in December and I'm so pleased with it. It's very snappy when doing tasks or using office apps. Battery life is slightly less long than advertised, but i can still use it for a very long time before charging. We use it almost exclusively unplugged and keep the display at the higher refresh rate (no doubt contributing to slightly increased batter drain). Very happy with this and would purchase again!

Great device! Easy to use. Love the clear graphics.

Overall, the product is working fine. It is doing most of what I need it to do. I should have looked more closely, though, since I did not realize there are only 2 USB-C ports and no regular USB port. That has prevented me from accessing my thumb drive. It also does not have a SD card slot like my Pro 7 had, so I am not able to access my SD card data at this time.

I love my new Surface Pro. This is the best value and easy to carry versus trying to carry an iPad and a laptop at the same time. I’m able to have two in one.
