Microsoft controls your battery now. You can only charge your Microsoft Surface to 80%. There is NO way to permanently disable this feature. You only only temporarily disable it. This is by design. I am actively recommending against Surface products for my company because of this. This is worse than Apple level intrusion of the end user. This company is sinking fast. Avoid Microsoft products at all costs.

I’ve been using this Surface for a few weeks now, and it’s absolutely incredible. The screen is vibrant and sharp — perfect for design work and streaming. It’s super fast, handles multitasking effortlessly, and the battery life is solid for all-day use. I love how lightweight and portable it is without compromising power. The keyboard and pen combo makes it ideal for both productivity and creativity. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants a premium, versatile device!

The 13” Microsoft Surface Pro 11 is an impressive 2-in-1 device that offers great performance in a sleek, lightweight form factor. The display is vibrant and sharp, with excellent clarity for both work and streaming. It’s incredibly portable and perfect for students or professionals who need flexibility on the go. Performance-wise, it handles multitasking well—running Office apps, web browsing, and even creative work without slowing down. The battery life is decent, though not exceptional, especially if you’re doing more intensive tasks. One thing to keep in mind is that accessories like the keyboard and stylus are sold separately or in a bundle, which adds significantly to the overall cost. Also, while it’s marketed as a laptop replacement, the typing experience with the keyboard cover doesn’t quite match a traditional laptop—especially on your lap. Overall, the Surface Pro 11 is a great choice if you prioritize portability, touchscreen functionality, and the versatility of a tablet-laptop hybrid. Just be prepared to invest in the full setup to get the most out of it.

I owned a surface pro 7 that was struggling to get past the loading screen and would fail the startup majority of the time before kicking over after 5 years till about end of November; this monitor is a few inches bigger than my old one but, it's been as far as a microsoft product goes been a fast product to navigate through. I spent around $1,200.00 for the bundle and got the best buy rewards on top of that. I don't need the AI but, the guy who was helping me was giving me the space to put all my thoughts together about settling on this model (black though they didn't have the blue in stock) and took good care of my concerns. I'm in college and needed it asap but, I didn't feel forced to get this model, the processor on this is just awesome and I get lots of work done in a few hours across 2-3 days before I'd need to charge it.It updated all my info from the cloud and I've been pleased since then. I'd recommend spending the good money once on this.

I recently upgraded from a Surface Pro 5. That device is still going strong after 6 years but I needed an upgrade in memory and processing power so this new generation of Surface Pro seemed like a good time to upgrade. So far I’m very happy with it and I haven’t noticed any issues with the snapdragon processor. Despite being on the pricey side, I would still highly recommend this device for anyone requiring a durable, portable device with great battery life. The screen quality and speakers are the best I have experienced in this form factor. Plus I got a pretty sweet deal from Best Buy during the holiday season.

The Ultimate Business Machine: Portability and Productivity in One Incredible Package I've used a lot of devices over the years for work, and I can say without hesitation that the Microsoft Surface Pro is the best business machine I've ever owned. If you are someone who needs to stay productive on the go, across offices, client sites, conference rooms, coffee shops, or airports, this device was built with you in mind, and it delivers on that promise in every way. Let's start with portability, because it is genuinely one of the Surface Pro's most impressive qualities. This thing is remarkably slim and lightweight for what it is capable of doing. Tossing it into a bag feels effortless, and unlike lugging around a traditional laptop, I never feel weighed down. But here's what separates the Surface Pro from other thin-and-light devices: the portability does not come at the expense of performance. So many ultraportable devices make you sacrifice power for size. The Surface Pro refuses to make that tradeoff, and that matters enormously in a professional setting. From a productivity standpoint, this device is in a class of its own. The display is stunning, crisp, bright, and large enough to comfortably work across multiple applications without feeling cramped. Whether I'm running spreadsheets, reviewing documents, managing emails, jumping on video calls, or presenting to clients, the Surface Pro handles everything smoothly and without hesitation. The flexibility of the 2-in-1 form factor is something I genuinely use every day. Being able to switch between laptop mode for heavy typing and tablet mode for reviewing reports or annotating documents has streamlined my workflow in ways I didn't anticipate. The keyboard and trackpad experience are polished and professional, exactly what you want when you're spending hours working. And the battery life holds up well through a full business day, which means I'm not constantly hunting for an outlet during back-to-back meetings. What I appreciate most, though, is how the Surface Pro fits seamlessly into a Microsoft ecosystem that most businesses already live in. Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, everything integrates naturally and works the way you'd expect, with none of the compatibility headaches you sometimes run into with other devices. If you are a professional looking for a device that can truly keep up with your workload while being easy to carry anywhere, I cannot recommend the Microsoft Surface Pro enough. It is an investment that pays for itself in productivity, and I would absolutely purchase it again without a second thought. Highly, highly recommended.

I'm thoroughly impressed with my new Surface! As a long-time fan, I previously owned one in 2015, but returned it due to limitations in technology at the time. Fast forward to today, and I'm blown away by the advancements. The battery life, in particular, has exceeded my expectations. During a recent trip, I used my Surface for school work on a plane and in a car, and was surprised to find 60% battery life remaining when I went to recharge. The device handles demanding tasks with ease, including CAD work with Fusion 360. While the Snapdragon X Elite might be better suited for intensive CAD work, my Surface serves as my go-to device for on-the-go use. In comparison, my gaming laptop's battery life pales in comparison, lasting only half as long as my Surface. I'm also pleased that I held onto my Microsoft Mouse from years ago – it's been a great companion to my new Surface!

It was a pretty good deal with the keyboard except it doesn't have the pen holder and charger and I had to buy the pen charger and pen separately but it does have a lot of memory and runs fast and smoothly so far. I haven't had any problems running my software programs yet so that's good and the battery holds up pretty long. It a little bigger than I thought it would be but I'm getting used to it.

Perfect, Portable, powerful and excellent for tasks and schools work, I already had Microsoft 365 subscription, you will need that for office products like word , excel etc but if you want the convince of a computer but something lighter than a laptop, this is the way to go
