I’ve been using this Surface for a few weeks now, and it’s absolutely incredible. The screen is vibrant and sharp — perfect for design work and streaming. It’s super fast, handles multitasking effortlessly, and the battery life is solid for all-day use. I love how lightweight and portable it is without compromising power. The keyboard and pen combo makes it ideal for both productivity and creativity. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants a premium, versatile device!

I recently upgraded from a Surface Pro 5. That device is still going strong after 6 years but I needed an upgrade in memory and processing power so this new generation of Surface Pro seemed like a good time to upgrade. So far I’m very happy with it and I haven’t noticed any issues with the snapdragon processor. Despite being on the pricey side, I would still highly recommend this device for anyone requiring a durable, portable device with great battery life. The screen quality and speakers are the best I have experienced in this form factor. Plus I got a pretty sweet deal from Best Buy during the holiday season.

Powerful and Portable, But with Some Trade-Offs

The 13” Microsoft Surface Pro 11 is an impressive 2-in-1 device that offers great performance in a sleek, lightweight form factor. The display is vibrant and sharp, with excellent clarity for both work and streaming. It’s incredibly portable and perfect for students or professionals who need flexibility on the go. Performance-wise, it handles multitasking well—running Office apps, web browsing, and even creative work without slowing down. The battery life is decent, though not exceptional, especially if you’re doing more intensive tasks. One thing to keep in mind is that accessories like the keyboard and stylus are sold separately or in a bundle, which adds significantly to the overall cost. Also, while it’s marketed as a laptop replacement, the typing experience with the keyboard cover doesn’t quite match a traditional laptop—especially on your lap. Overall, the Surface Pro 11 is a great choice if you prioritize portability, touchscreen functionality, and the versatility of a tablet-laptop hybrid. Just be prepared to invest in the full setup to get the most out of it.

I owned a surface pro 7 that was struggling to get past the loading screen and would fail the startup majority of the time before kicking over after 5 years till about end of November; this monitor is a few inches bigger than my old one but, it's been as far as a microsoft product goes been a fast product to navigate through. I spent around $1,200.00 for the bundle and got the best buy rewards on top of that. I don't need the AI but, the guy who was helping me was giving me the space to put all my thoughts together about settling on this model (black though they didn't have the blue in stock) and took good care of my concerns. I'm in college and needed it asap but, I didn't feel forced to get this model, the processor on this is just awesome and I get lots of work done in a few hours across 2-3 days before I'd need to charge it.It updated all my info from the cloud and I've been pleased since then. I'd recommend spending the good money once on this.

Overall, the product is working fine. It is doing most of what I need it to do. I should have looked more closely, though, since I did not realize there are only 2 USB-C ports and no regular USB port. That has prevented me from accessing my thumb drive. It also does not have a SD card slot like my Pro 7 had, so I am not able to access my SD card data at this time.

I was skeptical, especially since this cost $1300. But I love it! Didn't think I needed a touch-screen computer but the touch screen and track pad together are super functional. The device is powerful and very portable. Five stars!

I'm thoroughly impressed with my new Surface! As a long-time fan, I previously owned one in 2015, but returned it due to limitations in technology at the time. Fast forward to today, and I'm blown away by the advancements. The battery life, in particular, has exceeded my expectations. During a recent trip, I used my Surface for school work on a plane and in a car, and was surprised to find 60% battery life remaining when I went to recharge. The device handles demanding tasks with ease, including CAD work with Fusion 360. While the Snapdragon X Elite might be better suited for intensive CAD work, my Surface serves as my go-to device for on-the-go use. In comparison, my gaming laptop's battery life pales in comparison, lasting only half as long as my Surface. I'm also pleased that I held onto my Microsoft Mouse from years ago – it's been a great companion to my new Surface!

It was a pretty good deal with the keyboard except it doesn't have the pen holder and charger and I had to buy the pen charger and pen separately but it does have a lot of memory and runs fast and smoothly so far. I haven't had any problems running my software programs yet so that's good and the battery holds up pretty long. It a little bigger than I thought it would be but I'm getting used to it.

Bought this as a replacement for my aging HP gaming laptop since I am currently in the military which requires me to travel often and also taking college classes. My wife has the Surface Go which is the smaller (and older) version of this and after trying that I decided that this would be perfect for me. That turned out to be try because after 2-3 months of using this including traveling with it I have found it fits my use case perfectly. It’s compact so it packs easily. It has a relatively large case variety available so I feel confident when it’s getting tossed around in my bag. It has an insane battery life for as powerful of a device as it is. Even the included keyboard feels good to type on. I honestly think for a college student this is a much better option than either a traditional laptop or a tablet (such as an iPad) as you really do get the best of both worlds.

I got this Microsoft Pro for nearly $500 off, the gentlemen helping me couldn't explain why as "BestBuy has random discounts on things at random times", but this tablet + keyboard has proven to be functional and reliable. The home screen was being a little funky at first -- it would black out and sometimes show no display except for the time, but that lasted only for a day, and I otherwise have had no issues thus far. The only other thing I would say is that the Surface Pros in general DO NOT come with Microsoft Suite, which really sucks. I had to download a third-party app to be able to open .docx documents smoothly - really an annoyance. Otherwise, this is a great setup as I get back into the school grind, having to take notes and read material on a large, well-resolutioned screen. The keyboard is also really easy to adjust and well-interfaced with the mechanics of the tablet -- for ex. if you fold the keyboard to act as a stand, the tablet will automatically go into tablet-mode and disable the keyboard functions, which is really nice. Overall, I'm excited to continue using it as my school and personal laptop for years to come.

Exceptional device with the 2-in-1 design is incredibly versatile, effortlessly switching between a laptop and a tablet mode, which makes it perfect for both work and play. fast processor and ample RAM handle multitasking, heavy applications, and even creative tasks like photo editing with ease. The vibrant colors and sharp detail pixels enhances everything from professional work to binge-watching shows. One standout feature is the Surface Pen compatibility, which adds a new level of creativity and precision for note-taking, drawing, or annotating documents. Plus, the lightweight design and all-day battery life make it ideal for on-the-go professionals. Overall, the Surface Pro combines portability, power, and premium build quality, making it one of the best laptops for anyone seeking flexibility and high performance. Highly recommended!

Picked this up on a whim during the Black Friday sale, and it’s an impressive piece of tech! Build quality is excellent, the screen is top-notch, and the battery life is the best I’ve experienced on a Windows device. My simple workflow (mostly Microsoft apps like Outlook and Excel) worked flawlessly, and even my wireless printers connected without a hitch. That said, I struggled to find a reason to keep it. For daily use, the Surface Laptop 7 suits me better, and as a tablet, it’s a bit too heavy to use comfortably. Ultimately, I returned it—but I’d love to have a reason to own one someday!
