I purchased this version and realized after purchase it was the Spanish version. I exchanged it for the English version and it worked perfectly. Best version of Windows yet. Easy transition from Windows 7.

It is fast and accessible. Luckily it was an international key and i could change the language to english. Only downside is that programs have small text when running on bootcamp on macs

I had Windows 10 for my previous software, but after my Solid State Drive crashed I needed to purchase the software again, simple right? Well here's where buying online becomes greatly appealing. An employee from the service center, located in the middle of the store, asked if I needed any help and so after walking around searching for the software with no luck, I said yes. He grabbed the product from behind the counter and asked "was this it?", me trusting he had grabbed Windows 10 said yes. I get home and open the box, still unaware of the surprise in-store, I plug in the flash drive and its in SPANISH... The front cover which was shown to me has no indication of being Spanish, but on the back which was closest to the Employee was. The only part that made me furious in the whole thing was I understand mistakes are made, but when I go to return the "wrong product" given to me and am told there is nothing that could be done?! I was beyond words. In no way should I had be penalized for a product that was picked out for me... by an Employee. Business now lost from a long time customer.

I have to say I'm not really a fan of the new OS layout. Little bit confusing where things are located, and how they are arranged. I've resorted to just typing in the search bar anytime I want to bring up the control panel. Overall it's alright, I'll get used to it. After all, its really the only OS for gaming =/

Told the sales rep that I wanted windows 10. When I put it into my new computer it was in Spanish. I now have about 90% redone in English. Please make sure u get English copy if u r buying it and u want it communicated in English

I returned this item mainly because I didn't need it, but once I was in the return line, I realized that this is the Spanish version of Windows 10. When did they start making separate versions for different languages?!

So far, it is a vast improvement over Windows 8 and 8.1.

the only downfall when i asked for the windows 10 software and tried to install it, everything was in spanish. i guess the sales person at the time thought i was hispanic. well anyway luckly for me my girlfriend is hispanic and tried to understand a language that was in portuguese. ultimately we had to call microsoft to help us out to change the softwares language to english. it works but from time to time like in the setting some of the fonts remain in spanish i guess it has something to do with the license. overall it works great i just wish i was asked which version i wanted rather then " here's the software you requested for". next time i'll try to be more observant.

Windows 10 runs great on Mac! My son needed to run some Microsoft programs for school so I purchased this item

My son built his own computer and needed to download an operating system. It is working great for his needs.

Accidentally bought Spanish buy was able to obtain English installer from Microsoft, not counting this in rating. The OS is good and does what it should but having to spend even more money for pro just to get native remote access tarnished this a bit. Remote access should be available for home also.

The store representative showed me where the Microsoft 10 items were located in the store. I did not realize there were both Spanish and English versions and grabbed the wrong one. I was able to return and exchange it later.

Works as intended. Good update. Plenty to work very simple install.

Windows 10, while a vast improvement over Windows 8 is still a bit buggy and fiddly. Be sure to check all the privacy settings before getting too involved as it collects a lot of information about you and your computer. For a gamer like me the big draw is the update to DirectX 12.

Great addition to the Mac for business and personal use.

Windows 10 is an excellent OS. It was easy to install.

The girl from Best Buy got me the wrong version by mistake as I wanted the English version. It was a good thing I noticed it before leaving the store and I got it replaced.

Not a problem, though I can read and write Spanish I wanted the English version. A USB 3.0 thumb drive comes in the box with a product key card. What you really pay for is the product key here. Instead of returning the item to the store (where I'm sure they would have exchanged it for English), I went to the Microsoft website and downloaded the Multi-language version of Windows 10 and used their "create boot-able usb" app to install Windows 10 on my new machine. The product key will work for ANY language. Why MS doesn't just sell the Multi-language package in the box is beyond me. Not Best buy's fault.
