Freezes up and won't even load the start up screen. Have been trying for 48 hrs and with multiple family members help - nothing. Bummer. My kiddo was so excited :(

It was pre-owned but came in such new condition I couldn't tell. Came with all the cords, wireless controler and 250gb hard drive. It's been almost a year since I purchased it and I have not had any problems with it.

The fan is extremely loud at times, DVDs play with an annoying rose hue, and the wifi connect ability has been spotty. I missed out on the 15 day return window due to holiday travel and now am stuck with a lemon, as best buy will not replace their defective merchandise. I knew it was a roll of the dice but am still sore the quality of the product was this poor.
