As someone new to the Xbox/Microsoft ecosystem for gaming with the Series X, I have to say that the conversion Microsoft is allowing for new (and lapsed) Game Pass Ultimate subscribers is incredible. Converting three years of Xbox Gold into three years of Game Pass Ultimate, as currently offered by Microsoft, is an absolute steal and well below the retail price of Game Pass Ultimate alone. It essentially works into buy one get two free.
