Bought this as a gift. I thought it included the game package. I am not that familiar with the product. Tried to exchange but it was not refundable. Very disappointed. Needs a better description for those not familiar.

Got the 12 month card on sale as I needed it for a second Xbox in the house. Wish you could family share Xbox live between multiple boxes in the same household. Otherwise, the card works as expected.

Microsoft does it again and again. I swear they are in bed with EA for how bad they nickle and dime their customers. The allure of purchasing a new xbox only lasts 1 year until your xbox live membership expires. Here we are again 12 months later having to spend 60 dollars for the ability to go online and play against other people. Its a necessary evil if you want to have fun with online gaming. This service should be included for lifetime with the purchase of an Xbox.

If you own an Xbox console you really need to unlock its full potential with buying Xbox live. You will receive free games if you look for them and will be able to play with others in the life community.
