The two free games a month seems like a good idea, but what I got this month was two ok titles, actually one I’ll probably never play. Hopefully it will impress in the months to come.

A 12-month Xbox Live Gold membership sounds like a great gift for your grandson! In addition to getting to play online, a Gold membership also gets him a few free games every month (adding up to be around a $700 value over the course of a year). We hope he loves his membership!
