Thanks for saying that your Xbox Live Gold membership is a great value! One thing though: While being a Gold member does give you access to new free games every month, Halo 5 is not currently being offered as one of them. (Though Gold membership does let you play it online in multiplayer!)
Xbox Game Pass, however, does offer Halo 5 as part of its monthly fee, along with more than 100 other great Xbox games, including new exclusives such as Sea of Thieves and State of Decay 2. For more information on Xbox Game Pass, go here: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass
