I took his word that this was a good gift and got it He was so happy when I handed it to him. I got a spontaneous thank you and a public hug! And the other juvenile cousins validated it as a good gift.

A 12-month Xbox Live Gold membership sounds like a great birthday gift for your nephew! He's absolutely right -- Gold members can play games online, have access to new free games every month, and even get deep discounts on Xbox games and apps in the Microsoft Store. So glad Best Buy sold the actual cards online for delivery when most other stores only provide a code when purchased online. I've done almost all my shopping online during the pandemic so I was happy I didn't have to go into a store to get the actual card.
