The pay for play system is a rip because you pay when you buy the units and accessories and games

You need the cards to extend membership. XBOX live is used for online multiplayer, game discounts, party chat, etc. I've been using it for about 8 years. It's proven to be very reliable.

With Xbox live gold you gain access to an entirely different gaming world. Recommended for anyone who enjoys gaming with there friends rather then an automated system
