I love that Best Buy has Xbox cards makes it so easy to just go there and they always have what I want.

I Ordered online and picked up in the store. Very fast service at bestbuy on Capitol blvd.

I was charged, but card was not activated. I called 1800 and was told couldn’t activate because special -6 months for $24.99 was no longer good. I thought when I paid for it, it’s was automatically activated.

I bought this gift card and other in store (bopis)... they never activated them, i got charged for them and i've been on the phone multiple times for hours to get this problem resoved and they havent done anything! AND THE MANAGER AT THE LYNCHBURG, VA LOCATION WAS A TOTAL BUTT AND DISSMISSED ME ENTIRELY!!!!! DONT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THEM!!
