We're glad that you were able to get your membership to Xbox Live Gold activated! Unfortunately, it can be time-consuming to enter a digital code into your console using a controller. If that method takes too long, you can also enter your code by logging into your Xbox Live account through your browser on your computer or the Xbox App on Windows 10.
