    This projector is HORRIBLE

    After 3 hrs of trying to get it to work the projector would not play, I ordered an Amazon firestick thinking I would be able to bypass the app or preloaded on the projector, which are extremely out of date, but once it plugged in the fire stick, not even the HDMI port was working. Highly recommend you spend a little more and purchase someting else.

      I’m really sorry that you’ve had a frustrating experience with the M200S. I know the last thing anyone wants to do is spend time troubleshooting their new purchase. If you haven't returned your projector yet, we’d love to make this right for you. You can reach out to us at [email protected] to talk further.

      If you’d rather not, here's a couple of things that might fix your issues:

      Can you check which version your M200S is on? You can find the version number by going to Settings > Update. The latest version (as of 9/6/24) is “Projector.20240905.115400” and it contains a bunch of fixes and improvements for SYNQ TV (Netflix, Apple TV+, and Amazon Prime Video specifically). If your version doesn’t match that, you can update to the latest version from that same screen by clicking “Online Update”.

      As for your FireTV stick, how do you have it plugged in to power? We’ve seen a lot of issues with these devices randomly shutting off, etc. without warning, when they’re plugged into USB power (like on a TV or projector) vs directly into the wall.

      I hope to hear from you, but if not, hopefully these suggestions can help you get up and running on your M200S.

    Good … but must be a dark setting!

    Images were clear and had good resolution… But this didn’t fit my application at all. This little unit is only good in a dim or dark setting.

    Quality is good. Ease of use not too easy. Best Buy’s customer service is good but mirior’s is not.

    Convenient Sizing

    I like that this projector is small and light so that I can easily bring it over to my family & friends houses for movie nights! Haven’t had any issues with it so far.

    NO NETFLIX !!!

    This projector supposedly includes the Netflix application, and when I turned it on to be able to use it, I was never able to use the Netflix app, I updated to the most recent version of the projector and I couldn't even use it either, THIS PRODUCT SUCKS.
