Great tv for the price. Took me weeks of researching and I decided on this one. just one issue with bleeding which i will be taking to exchange it for a new one.

The casting app is a bit iffy and the tv does not have DLNA. I really think they should've just went the Android TV interface. I got the new Nvidia Sheild TV to fix the problem so now I have a complete smart tv experience. This an excellent tv and the picture alone makes up for its minor set back.

The picture on this set is stunning with deep blacks superb hdr. The only tv that surpasses this is the LG OLED, but this is literally the next best option. Do yourself a favor and go buy this tv. I bought a sony x930 before this and returned it due to its poor picture quality and a a bad pixel, this tv blows away Sony's x930 without question in terms of deep blacks and picture clarity!

The tv is amazing- large, clear picture, we love it. The app for the tablet is terrible. It has to have a hard shutdown and be restarted every other day or so. If Samsung can finally fix that (yes, it's an ongoing problem they have known about for a long time) then they'll have an amazing product.

This is really an outstanding display. Unless you are looking to pay more than double the price, nothing beats this. The HDR is great, remote is great (an actual high end android tablet, not just some cheap tablet gimmick worth $30). We paired this with vizio's 54" 5.1 system and the experience is incredible. I don't expect to need another tv for at least 10 years with this display.

So happy I went with Vizio, upscalling is been great! I had a LG of equal price and took it back for this one. The tablet took a few days to totally get used to because I am more of an apple guy and not a android person but now I love it and I can quickly play shows on Hulu and the link from the tablet. I Couldn't be happier with the screen, it looks MUCH better then TVs of similar size and price. Cons: Tablet has a couple bugs still. If you are playing something from it and the tablet goes to sleep, just picking it up and pausing it for a phone call or something is kind of a pain. Sometimes it forgets that it's playing the movie and you have to restart to be able to pause it and then find where you were again and stuff. One interesting note, it has a couple USB ports but they really don't do anything other then system update firmware. I can work around this by streaming from my phone but I was hopping to add movies on a USB stick. You can't do this guys.

I actually tested this against a 2016 OLED - and while that certainly popped it wasn't a huge difference from my p65. I actually preferred the black levels on the Vizio. This tv has so much potential with Smart products (SmartThings, Wink, Google Home, Harmony Hub) they just need to be realized.

Read a lot about this TV before buying it. Rtings is a great site to do some research and thats where I found out about this 2016 Vizio P Series. Best bang for your buck by far and a fantastic gaming tv. I have the 5.1 Vizio Sound bar system hooked up to this and it works flawlessly

Bought the tv after reading every review and comparing it to the top brands. The price point is just amazing for the picture quality you get. The android controller is works fine and the app keeps getting updated to fix more of the little bugs. I also use my phone with Google cast or all cast to stream content. Just make sure u take the time to set it up.

First of all, I should write a disclaimer -- I returned this product and bought a Samsung. I got a faulty Vizio TV, but I won't be using that as the basis for my criticism (other than this quick statement that I've heard it's more common to get defective products from Vizio than from other top brands like Samsung or LG). But the reason I exchanged for a different product is because I had issues with the features of this model. Primarily, the idea that the entire interface is on the Android tablet. I admit I'm an iOS guy through and through, so I'm partly biased. But I bought this model open to using an Android device if it enhanced the user experience. It doesn't. Bottom line is that THIS IS NOT A TRUE SMART TV. The brains of this TV are entirely in the tablet. You want to use Netflix? Find the app on the tablet, tap through to select the movie you want to watch, then tap the screencast button to send the video stream to the TV. And it's the same for anything else. It's a (very nice looking high-resolution) computer monitor with a built in Chromecast stick. Having used smart TVs in the past with standard push-button remotes, I found this tablet control very slow and frustrating. You want to turn the volume up or pause the video? Wake up the tablet, swipe to unlock it, hope you weren't using another app so you don't have to drill down further to get to the right screen, then tap the appropriate control. Smart TVs, on the other hand, have all this happen within a few clicks of the TV remote without even having to look at what you're doing. For the price,you can get so much more elsewhere. If that's the functionality you want then go for it. I can't really speak to the picture quality much because of the defect my screen had -- it had color lines on one side of the screen that caused slow transitions and insane blurring in that area. But the floor model at the store looked gorgeous.

I am using the TV in a bright room. Everyone said I should buy Samsung for the brightness but this TV does the job just fine.

I bought this tv after reading stellar reviews online about it. All the features of this tv on paper make it seem like it's everything you could want in a tv. After I hooked it up I was less than impressed with the picture. For somebody that has never had a HDR 4K tv before this tv would probably be pretty good for them and for the price it's hard to beat. If you are a videophile trying to find the next best thing to a Plasma or OLED, this is certainly not it. The color was not deep color, it was saturated. I found myself having to change my settings depending upon what source I was watching. The last thing is the remote/tablet, I thought it would be cool to have a tablet as a remote, but I just found it difficult to use.

I am so happy that I purchased this television. I was looking at a lower model but was too drawn to this one to pass it up. It has excellent picture quality. The sound is great for everyday watching. Buy a soundbar if you want a movie theatre experience. Watching movies like Sin City show the truly amazing quality of this 4K HDR.

I've done plenty of research prior to purchasing the unit a couple of weeks after its release and since it was delivered by Best Buy, I am still happy with the purchase and no regrets! I'm sure you have read plenty of reviews (mainly positive) when considering this unit so there really isn't much I can add to it from what you have already read. I do suggest checking out the review on RTINGs which helped me finalize my decision to purchase this unit. The 4K upsale is cool but I recently added the Xbox One S as my very first 4K blu ray player and when I popped in my first 4K blu ray movie I was knocked on my *** with the amazing picture quality that the "display" produced! Sure there will be better units out there in the future but the time is now and the Vizio P65-C1 is where its at this very moment and is already future proofed! BOOM!!!! Get it, Son!!!

Get this TV for the excellent picture. You aren't paying for the brand name like you will with some TVs. The smart feature uses a tablet as the primary remote, but is clunky to use in my opinion. I recommend using another device for smart functionality, and just think of the TV as a great screen for the price.

When Vizio announced they were offering a 65-inch 4K TV with HDR (and Dolby Vision) I decided it was time for a TV upgrade. I never saw a reason for 3D or curved screens, but HDR got my attention. Particularly at such an attractive price. This set has been everything that was promised and then some. Picture quality on cable channels (HD and otherwise) has been impressive -- while 4K HDR streaming from VUDU and YouTube has blown my friend and I away! I like the tablet remote and had no issue with there not being a tuner in this display (I use a TiVO). I've read where Best Buy employees have pushed Samsung or Sony sets over the Vizio -- but don't listen. This Vizio is the REAL DEAL!

I was able to purchase this tv when it went on sale and I have loved it ever since. I'm a gamer who does a lot of research when purchasing a new tv. The picture quality is superb with deep darks. The Viziocast app is the on downside as it's a little clunky but otherwise this is a great buy.

This tv is very nice...But if you are a plama owner dont be fooled by the full array back light...well it does make great black and has good contrast it WONT PLEASE YOU. off angle viewing is horrible. Now if you have a led or lcd now this tv will be great for you. Seriously this is really nice led tv. One of nicest ive seen but just not plasma. I returned this tv and bought a lg oled 65e. Keep your plasma till you can afford a oled this tv will leave you wanting more. For anyone else this tv will be wonderful. I would recommend this to friend but only if they didnt own a plasma tv.
