I purchased my original monitor in May, 2016. I am now on my third tv because of numerous defects. My second tv had a problem receiving a signal from the tablet, but I could still get a picture. After much time on the phone with Vizio, they determined that the tv was defective as opposed to user error. The tech came out about a week later and replaced the motherboard and a card. But when put back together, the tech could not get a picture. She called Vizio and they agreed that there was now a panel defect. Vizio agreed to send me a third tv, but it took two weeks to arrive. So I was without a tv for the start of football season. Like the other two, the third tv has an incredible picture, which cannot be beat for the money. I think that with time, Vizio will get these problems solved. But just like people tell you not to buy a car in its first year of production, it appears that the same is true for tvs. So hold off if you can and keep your eyes on repair ratings.

After reading the reviews on cnet I decided to purchase the p65. Boy am I glad I did! Great picture . With the features you get plus the video quality it's a no brainer. You can't beat the price!

Firast off I would recommend this TV as a buy to most any person looking for a large 4k HDR ready TV. The TV is not without its flaws but it is a solid TV overall. The tablet remote is a love it or hate it thing right away! If you are comfortable casting media to your TV then it will be no issue at all. The picture is great but not as good as higher end sets from Sony, Samsung and LG but it is less expensive. It is excellent for gaming in 1080p but not so much in HDR 4k, at least not until the next update from Vizio.

NOTE: You'll want a soundbar! This TV has excellent color and viewing angles. I think the only thing that looked better was LG's OLED displays. You can't go wrong with the P series!

This TV has wonderful black levels, good brightness and good color. It calibrates beautifully. The casting from the tablet takes a little getting used to, but I am very happy with this purchase.

The 65 inch TV is the best value TV there is at the price range. The FALD provides amazing darks and a great picture. My only complaint is havin to use the smart cast to stream content.

This TV is great, the picture quality is amazing. The price was also great since Best Buy does price match. Love being able to use the tablet or cellphone to stream off the internet.

Good quality 4K, nice deep dark colors and vivid light colors. Great for the price range and a great pick if you aren't willing to triple the price and get an OLED.

This tv does more than I will ever know. Beautiful picture. My only dilemma is getting the tablet remote to control every thing so I don't need the direct tv remote. I'll figure it out.

Excellent set with great picture and options. I have always had a Samsung in the past and this is my first Vizio and could not be happier. For the price you can not get a better TV.

Really impressed with vizios 2016 p series couldn't be happier with the p65. Great blacks and bright whites. Colors are amazing and refresh rate can handle anything you throw at it

Great option to get a Dolby Vision capable 4K television, amazing blacks and very bright TV - check out Vudu dot com for the best content (all UHD titles are in Dolby Vision).

I have had this TV for about a month now and it looks great. I had to tweak the settings a little to get them to my liking but it is now the best TV I have ever owned.

Inexpensive vs OLED and very close to picture the picture quality of OLED TV's. I'm very happy with my purchase.

+ Image quality - no built in apps for USB ports - no built in tuner Great monitor, but for similar price you can get a more feature rich device. The biggest show stopper is the lack of apps for USB stick (as of June 2016), can not do a slideshow nor can play movies off of a usb stick. No one seems to know what the USB ports are for, since even the firmware update is over the network.

The blacks are inky black. The picture is absolutely amazing. The cost was half that of a comparable Sony or Samsung for MORE features. Great value for a quality screen.

The picture is absolutely beautiful. We. Are going to have it calibrated in a month when we have the Geek Squad come back to calibrate our other new television.

This is an amazing TV for the price. It's not an OLED, but it's got an amazing picture, a good user interface, and a decent sound system.

This is a great 65" ultra HD TV for this price. Colours are vibrant, has awesome clarity. It has such good sound that tou may not need a separate sound bar.
