    You cannot beat this protection plan. It covers all your computers, gaming systems, apple products for two years. I have gotten my money out of the things that I have had to have fixed. Just had a 3 year old computer worked on at first they didn't know I had the protection plan it was going to cost me over $300 more than the protection plans cost.

    Worth every penny. When I purchased this for my laptop I had to use them to clear up space and install some hardware. Very quick and easy visit.

    I love Total Tech. If you frequently buy products Best Buy sales its a no brainer because you get 2 years of protection for free. That alone is worth it. Though, I do wish they had the ability to extend warranties beyond the 2 years or to upgrade your Total Tech annual subscription to a level that automatically includes at least 3-4 years.

    I have used this service with a few items and I can say it makes a difference in where I buy my electronics. The ability to try things out and not be disappointed or annoyed with items that do not meet expectations is so worth it to me.

    Best Buy's member protection plan was perfect for me. This is my tech shop, they are always helpful and have always accommodated me with exchanges, returns, and repairs.

    Ive never have a problem with this protection plan, anytime i needed to bring anything back or get fixed they always were there for me, so far. So in my opinion, I think it's one of the best protection plans around. I purchase my items from bestbuy because of the protection plans
