This is an excellent plan. It cover anything you buy at Best Buy for up to two year. Return and exchange of damaged products is easy. Plus there is no waiting! You'll receive your products back that dame day.

Haven't had to use this to repair anything yet but I'm sure I will get to. My husband is hard on his computer so I'm sure I will! I have gone to the Geek Squad for help with several things like getting attacked by Mcafree trying to sell me their "protection" . Totally locked up my computer and they got me out and deleted the crap that was causing it. Can't really score this higher or lower until something breaks and they fix it ...

I always like buying my stuff from Best Buy. They match any price I have no problem with the extended returns being Best Buy member. When I talk to the technical department, they know what they’re talking about and help me right away when I purchase things online. They come early most of the time and in perfect condition. The bottom line is I always know what I’m gonna get from Best Buy and if I have a problem with it I’ve never had an issue with the return their professional courteous and knowledgeable.
