I love this case. I previously had the big gun and it served me well. After many drops I had to retire it. The only reason I stepped down to this model was due to price and color. It was on sale for $60 and new color was nice touch. The only difference I see between this model and the top model I previously had is amount of charges I get out of it. The top model I got 2-3 and this one 1-1.5. I've dropped my new phone a couple times, so same great protection.

I really enjoy not charging my phone half way through the day. I am on it playing games, texting, talking, or on the internet constantly and it last through it all. I pick this one instead of the 100% power because of the cost, but I am glad I did. The money would have been wasted on the other one.

Love these battery cases, they give u extra battery & keep ur phone safe.

I love the mophie, I have purchased one other brand,and nothing comes close to the user friendliness of this product. It has never let me down. I use this with my iphone and have almost never been let down with juice. I can go to the theme parks and use my phone freely, then when my battery gets low, I just switch it to my mophie power, and it charges right up to 100%. I would never buy another brand. This is a staple in our house.

Does what it was designed to do. One draw back is that the charging process requires a different power plug. Your iPhone charger is not comparable with the case.

Charging cord could be a little longer. I wish there was a passthrough to charge phone without removing teh bottom of the case. Actually lighter and faster than previous Mophie I had for previous versions of the iPhone. Not sure if its still teh only batter pack available for iPhone 5, but it has been very useful to me and I recommend it.

I spend a great deal of time away from a power source so this works great when I almost out of juice I switch the power on and it will recharge the phone and give me a few more hours of life. You just need to make sure to turn the switch off when you don't need it. One more cool feature is the additional flexibility regarding the charging cable you can now use to charge your phone.

My iPhone 5 died at work and I didn't have a charger. Someone at the office told me about this product. So, I went straight to Best Buy and bought one. Now my phone never goes below 100% charge. I can use my phone for conference calls all day, and I'll still be at 100% battery. I would recommend this product to anyone that is currently having to charge their phone in the middle of the day.

Awesome concept, needs more juice to charge, and makes the phone quite a bit heavier and bulkier.

The case came 80% charged and keeps my phone good for hours, but the overall battery life of the iPhone has gotten worst since using the juice pack

So far it hasn't broken, like the brand I bought from AT&T. I bought this one from BestBuy, however, the cost was significantly more (which is surprising, because AT&t usually charges top dollar for everything). But then again, maybe it's the old adage 'you get what you pay for.' Either way, this brand has been dependable so far (after 11 months so far that is).

I bought this charger because my phone usually runs out of batteries fast, it's useful but don't expect it to charge your phone all the way.

I bought the same battery and case as I had before. It works but not as good as the previous version. This battery drains faster.

this product is perfect for when you are out and about with no access to a charger. Simply turn it on and it charges your battery to 100%. Love it.

Wife is happy and all is good in the household. I would recommend the product for now.

The mophie helium case had enough charge. I would use to be down at 60% by mid day and the case would give you about an extra 80% charge that would be good for the rest of my day. This case really helps u when you have the Bluetooth on when u commute to work and school.

Mophie is my go to brand for external chargers. I will always purchase their products and this is nothing short of amazing
