I have attempted using it several times just to find that it’s already died after charging.

Didn't come with a charging cable?

Because it doesn't come with a charging cable that takes USB-C to charge, I haven't been able to charge it, and frankly am having trouble finding one. Tried charging it using the USB - C power port for my laptop, didn't charge. Really no idea what I have here.
