Charger works great! It's a good size and easily fits in pocket. Dual charging works great and will charge my iPhone 7 plus from dead at least twice. My only complaint is how long this device takes to charge up.

Purchased this product after going to a local appliance shop. The customer service there was terrible. Best Buy customer service was excellent! The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not try to pressure us into a sale. The transactions were fast and friendly! Installation was also a breeze, again with 2 wonderful representatives from Best Buy. Buy the warranty, it's worth it and renewable! I would definitely recommend this product and our local Best Buy!

Best feature is that you can use the phone while it's charging. Very useful when no electricity is available.

I returned it because of its weight. It has a lot of recharge power but adds a little too much weight to carry in a purse and is a little large to put in a pocket.
