The phone arrived quickly and looked brand new. I went through the setup, which included updating the operating system to Android version 6.0. The Motorola migrate app doesn't work with version 6, so I had to manually install some things. I am well satisfied with this phone. I purchased it because I don't think that I would like the next model which is larger.

I initially purchased a Moto G3 on sale to test out its capabilities for a spare unit and to travel internationally. I think it is a good phone, at this price point. I do wish it had fingerprint unlocking, though. I ended up buying 3 units and sent two to relatives in Europe.

Moto G3 is a great phone at value price. Gets the job done with 5" screen size, water resistance, good battery life and decent camera.

My phone for about 2 years was the Moto G3 with 1 gb ram and 8 gb storage. I noticed this refurbished 16 gb with 2 gb ram for $105! I am impressed with how fast this phone is. It looks like new for refurbished! Great value!

Bought this one for my husband after buying the same phone, also refurbished, from Best Buy for myself a year ago. But I learned from mine and got him the 16 GB version. Too many Android app makers won't let their apps install on the micro-sd card. A great phone. Love the twist-twist to turn the camera on and off without activating anything else, the photo quality, the size and shape of the phone, the multiple home screens for different purposes, the shake-shake to activate the very bright flashlight, the battery life, etc., etc.

Bought the phone, turned it on and the new upgrade for Marshmellow came up in the notifications. upgraded and is working superb. Features are perfect for an average user. 16gb inbuilt plus i have put 32gb micro sd and no lagging at all. water resistant function also works great used it during rains and no more worry about phone getting damaged due to water.

I didn't think my daughter would like this phone but she loves it! This phone has some pretty cool features as well, such as when you shake it the flashlight comes on.

although sold as refurbished, it looks and works like a new phone. excellent price for 2gb ram and 16gb storage

Good deal and good phone, better than expected after couple of months

Bought it primarily for a back up to my s7 but been using it quite daily, excellent battery life and everything is pretty fluid, great phone to have as a back up or daily driver.

I bought (3) for my 3 kids, and ALL (3) were defective! ALL (3)? Maybe 1 or 2, but ALL (3)? It is very apparent that "refurbished" really means repackaged JUNK. I returned them all and spent the extra money for NEW.

Bought it as a back up for my s7 but gotta say phone is in like new condition for a refurbished phone. Great phone for the price, decent camera and battery life is excellent.

The capacity and performance of this model along with it being easy to pack is why I chose it. The price is very much an incentive as well.

Bought it at Best Buy for under $120 (before tax) and was so surprised by how easy to get use to this little thing: light curved design with rough back cover feels good in your hand out of the box; relatively updated stock Android (6.0 in 2016) feels familiar with no bloatware to confuse you; nice quick access to voice search and camera directly from the lock screen; no significant lag even after installing many apps; battery easily carries you through the day; hotspot works flawlessly; Wi-Fi picks up signal where other phones can't. If it wasn't for an average camera and elusive 'soft' navigation buttons, it feels like $300-500 phone. After using it for several months now, the only significant issues are that some apps starts crashing when too many opened (cleaning with "CM Lite" solves this), sometimes GPS takes too long to pick up in Waze (maybe it's also an app issue) and sometimes outgoing calls are scrambled (strangely, never happens with incoming), so you have to redial or hope that person will call you back. That last one can be very annoying when it starts happening, but it's quite rare and aside of it, with a little maintenance, you have fully functional well working phone for half of a price it usually costs.

Nice phone as Motorola phones have been great for durability.

I received the phone in the mail earlier than I expected. It is good. But the sim-card couldn't fit in the slot. I took it to T-Mobile, they couldn't fit it in either and suggested me to return it. I took it to Best Buy store. The mobile expert couldn't fit the card in. There is no replacement available at the store so I have to return it.
