Great machine that makes a good espresso and doesn't take up much counter space and very affordable

I love this Mr. Coffee. It makes great espresso and is easy to use. Get the extended warranty though because I go through about 1 per year.

It makes good espresso. Frothing milk is a pain as with any small machine. I make the espresso with this machine and use a small batter operated frothing stick with hot milk. I make two lattes every day. Love the machine.

I bought this for my son who has recently started loving coffee. He likes the espresso, but the steaming wand is so close to the machine it's hard to get the milk frothed. I bought it at 1/2 off and think it's great for $25 but I wouldn't pay more than that.

I was skeptical about this machine, but bought it anyway because it was a great price. It's a wonderful starter machine. The process is a bit messier and more involved than with a higher end machine, but it does produce satisfactory espresso. Don't bother with the steam wand, it will not produce serviceable foam. I bought myself a frother wand for $10, and heated the milk on the stove. I've since upgraded but I passed this machine along to a friend who uses it daily.

Nothing fancy, just put water in, put the needed amount of coffee in the container and let it go til you have enough. The milk frothed works well enough as well.

This unit does what it is supposed to do. I do notice some corrosion in the water tank, but it doesn't seem to affect the taste. Considering that prices for most espresso machines run 350 to 17000 dollars, this is a good value.
