Been having this pc for 1 year and so far everything has been great, no hi-cups playing demanding games,( even big modpacks in Minecraft with maxed shaders ) and if u like running game in high graphics this is it, and even if u want more power you can just upgrade the graphics card to a better one and the other components should be able to handle them perfect

MSI is the best just replaced my Aegis 3 that I had for 7 years with this beast. Love it! Everything is running super smooth and rig is quite as a mouse :) Don't overthink it just buy it you will not be disappointed!!

I’ve been using the MSI Aegis ZS2 Gaming Desktop for a bit now and it’s been great. Everything runs super smooth, from high-end games to multitasking, and the performance is exactly what I was hoping for. The 32GB RAM and RTX graphics card really make a difference, especially for newer games. It also looks clean with the RGB fans, and setup was quick and easy. Only thing is it can get a little loud under heavy load, but nothing crazy. Overall, really solid gaming PC and definitely worth it

This PC performs really well. I only had it for a month and so far it's been able to meet my expectations. FYI - The motherboard does not have additional RAM expansion slots. it only has the 2x DDR5 slots. I added a 4GB nvme ssd as a 2nd drive for storing photos and videos. Noise level is not bad, you can hear the liquid cooling at startup then it quiets down. Fans are super quiet, every now and then you'll notice the fans when it kicks in higher but for the most part you barely notice it. LED lighting is easy to switch "basically an easy access button on the top of the unit". I think that this was a great purchase for a mid tier RIG. it's a very capable machine and it looks really nice.

The AMD Ryzen R9-7900X CPU and 32GB of RAM handle everything I throw at it without breaking a sweat, from intense gaming sessions to video editing and streaming. The real star is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060Ti. It crushes modern titles at 1440p with ultra settings, delivering buttery-smooth frame rates. Games look absolutely stunning. The 1TB SSD is also incredibly fast; boot times are practically nonexistent, and games load in a flash. Out of the box, the setup was simple. The cable management inside the case was clean and professional, the airflow seems great, and the overall aesthetic is sleek and modern without being too over-the-top. There was very little bloatware to uninstall, which I greatly appreciated. **The Bad - The Customer Support (2/5 Stars)** This is where my experience soured and why I have to knock off a star. I had a minor issue where the front case fan's RGB lighting wasn't syncing correctly with the rest of the system. It's not a performance issue, but on a brand-new machine, you expect everything to work perfectly. I first reached out to Best Buy's support line. After being on hold for over 30 minutes, the agent was unable to help and directed me to contact MSI directly. My call with MSI support was even more frustrating. The wait time was long, and the representative I eventually spoke with was clearly reading from a script, offering generic solutions I had already tried (like "reinstall the software"). There was no real troubleshooting, and I felt like they just wanted to get me off the phone. I eventually found a solution by searching through online forums, no thanks to the official support channels. **Final Verdict** I am giving this purchase **4 out of 5 stars** because the desktop itself is phenomenal. It's a well-built, powerful machine that delivers on its promises. However, the lackluster and unhelpful customer support from both the retailer and the manufacturer was a major disappointment. **I would recommend this PC to someone comfortable with troubleshooting minor issues themselves.** If you get a perfect unit, you'll be thrilled. Runs smooth compatible with most games, never have trouble with it and the noise isn’t very loud when the fans are on! Love this pc and it runs cool the whole time when it’s on.

The PC is fantastic, it runs just about anything with phenomenal graphics and performance. The downside of it is the 8gb vram for the price, however, I’ve yet to really encounter any issues in any game. It comes with a mechanical keyboard and mouse. With all that said anything can be upgraded and it’s great place for starting PC gaming.

PC performance is amazing. I will definitely recommend if getting into streaming while gaming. Study FPS on Fortnite, Call of Duty®, Valerint etc. it definitely was a good purchase.

This MSI Aegis ZS2 is an amazing gaming desktop. The performance is incredibly fast, runs every game smoothly, and stays cool even under heavy load. The design looks sleek with great RGB lighting. Highly recommend for serious gamers.

I would like to say that it is a moderately powerful pc. That being said the quality control with Best Buy is pretty bad. Immediately out of the box it had broken fan leds. The pc was obviously damaged or not quality tested before it was sold to me. I highly recommend asking to test it in store to ensure there is no damage before you leave the building. MSI control center is a massive flop so once you configure the cooling system how you want it for the love of god close it and never open the app again. Go to task manager, startup, and disable it. MSI advertises support but I promise you, you will never get a reply from them. That feeds into the next issue...Even if you have Best Buy Total (for those who don't, it's their top tier plan), if your pc has any issues that geek squad confirms is a manufacturer defect or broken hardware from any point in time, they WILL charge you the price of parts and labor to repair it even when that directly contradicts their 2 years from the date of purchase promise. They will tell you that if you want it fixed for free that it must be shipped to the manufacturer and it will be months before you get the pc back. Great PC, but it's slightly pricier than elsewhere, has 0 support, and contracts with Best Buy will not be honored.

So far no problems, havent had any issues with any of the games i play, runs a bit quieter and a lot cooler than my old pc.
