    Keyboard is flat (I'm used to raised keys) which is difficult to use. 10-key pad is also difficult to use because the zero key is directly below the number 2 key, and not a double-wide key that I'm used to. The keyboard is configured in such a way that the arrow keys overlap into the 10-key pad. Very poor design in my opinion. On the upside, the screen is wide enough to make viewing easy, no matter what you're viewing, and the system speed is remarkable.
