My dad loves Mccafe coffee k-cups, but they ran out easily. This made it cheaper since I could buy the big container of Mccafe coffee.

I bought a Keurig brewer as a Christmas gift and got the adapter to use with it; cost about as much as a pack of K-cups, but should pay for itself quickly as we can custom grind our own coffee beans to use with the system. I am used to the ease of dumping the coffee grounds from the metal basket on my cappuccino machine, the wet grounds tend to stick to the plastic cup of the adapter.

You are never out of K-cups with this accessory and a bag of your favorite coffee in the cupboad. I'm recommending cleaning the screen immediately after use. Left overnight or a day or two later and you'll need to dig it out. Doable but a pain. I fill mine flush to the top of the screen(a little stronger)

I get to have my favorite coffees brewed to my strengths. Preferred choice

The reusable feature was what I was looking for, instead of buying pods all the time. It refills and cleans easily.

This is nice for fresh ground coffee lovers that don't want to make a pot but still want the quality bean. You don't need to purchase any filters- this cup is the filter. The only downside is its a very small amount to grind and unless you grind a weeks worth it isn't worth the extra time in my opinion.

I finally caved on buying the My K-cup after owning my Keurig for 3.5 years. It's fantastic! Makes it easier to make coffee to your preferred strength. I love being able to use any kind of coffee. The kcup selection lacks a lot of good brews. The clean up is simple. Just remove from the machine and vaguely rinse the grounds from the filter. It can be a little obnoxious at times. But it's totally worth it! I am very glad I finally invested in this little doodad!
