After charging it our phone didn't even charged up to 50% before it died. We tried it a few more times with the same result. We had bought the bigger one of two different sizes hoping to charge our phone 3 or 4 times. A huge disappointment as our other chargers from other stores that were cheaper can do this and this one can not. We also thought we would like the built in cables but they were short and we realized that we couldn't charge two apple products or two micro usb at the same time.

It did not charge my phone enough nor did it stay charged long enough. So much for photographing memories of my vacation. Very few photos and not enough charge. Wanted a refund but I passed the time limit. Money down the drain. BOOHOO!

With that said they are not very durable, and the short cables have very little flexibility. Causing the unit to stop working. Bought 2 of them and both only worked for about 60 days. Have no warranty from best buy and manufacturers won't stand behind. Not a good buy at all...waste of money

Charging plug broke 45 days after purchase while folded up in my bag, not even sure how it's possible, but one of the prongs is loose like a loose tooth that wants to fall out.
