    too complex to install, instead I bought a year of Total Tech Care by geeksquad & they installed webroot w/o charge, which I preferred while changing to a newer laptop. Be careful about clicking foreign email links/attachments, to prevent attacks. Geek Squad total care can always help.

    Could not Nero to work properly but could not tell if Nero or my CD Drive was at fault. No doubt about the fact that box said Gracenote but program demanded upgrade, ditto MP3 burning. When removed program had to give Administrator permission at least 5 times because it had added extraneous progams such as Visual C. Support site had support for version 3 but not this version 4; this makes no sense. Considering how little it does, this program should be free.
