We love our Nespresso! It's a quick, easy, fun way to make a cup of coffee, a latte, or an espresso. It's been a great addition to our mini coffee bar, and the various styles of coffee are all delicious. We would highly recommend the Nespresso for any family who's looking to go beyond simply coffee out of a pot.

I love my Nespresso! I feel like a certified Barista! The functionality and feature are easy to use, easy to maintenance and the coffee options are excellent. I would remind new users to ensure that you don’t make the same mistake I made when purchasing your pods. Make sure they’re the bigger ones made for this model as the smaller expresso pods aren’t compatible and usually not returnable. Also it looks beautiful on your countertop!

Broke down within 4 months. Still not getting support from Nespresso

When I was visiting my nephew and he introduced me to this mind-splitting, taste-bending wonderful lattes that this machine can make. I finally saved enough and took the plunge. I unpacked it, read up on the instructions, then tried it myself. It ACTUALLY WORKED PERFECTLY THE FIRST TIME!!! I also love that all of the instructions for specialty drinks are all accessible by the app or by scan codes in the instructions. So stinking easy! WOW, WAHT A GAME CHANGER! No more expensive coffee house coffee for me! I CAN MAKE IT BETTER AT HOME! I have also made for my visitors and love watching them react as like I did to the full-bodied and caffeine rich taste in each pod choice that came with the machine. I love that this has a self-cleaning step for the milk frother with the push of a button. Also, the frother detaches so that it can be put in the fridge, so there is no milk waste. Also. no gritty messy cups to clean up because the arm just pops it into the inside trash bin. I try to do at least one specialty flavor and one different type of drink style each week. I am definitely becoming quite the barista! STILL STRUGGLING TO PULL THE TRIGGER ON THIS MACHINE? DON'T FLINCH BECAUSE IT IS SO EASY AND UNINTIMIDATING. USER FRIENDLY DOESN'T EVEN DISCRIBE HOW WONDERFUL THIS MACHINE IS TO USE!

I have not used all the features of this awesome machine. I LOVE IT! Descaling takes over 30 minutes to do, purchase at least four descaling kits from Nespresso so you will have excess and not have to wait on shipping.

I bought this Nespresso machine for my wife and she absolutely loves it! It was so easy to set up and is just as easy to maintain. Just be sure to read the instructions on how to clean the milk frother. This comes as close to recreating a coffee shop quality experience at home as we have found. We’re keeping and using our Keurig also, but only because of the cost of the Nespresso pods. But, you get what you pay for and this Nespresso consistently delivers a superior cup of coffee!

So easy to use. I love that the pods get ejected into an internal container that you empty when it fills up with used pods. This machine makes the best coffee, so flavorful with a nice crema. Now when I use my other pod-based coffee machine, that one tastes like water with a slight coffee flavor. This machine ca use Nespresso small espresso shots all the way to large carafe size pods. I haven’t used the milk frother for making lattes or cappuccinos yet. I love this machine and the delicious coffee it makes.

I’ve been using this almost every day for 6 weeks. The milk attachment is great bc I drink nondairy milk. It saves me from expensive coffee runs and it’s already paid for itself. I’m getting ready for a descaling soon :-) This is a solid machine, and there’s a large enough water reservoir for a carafe and at least another mug before refilling. I have the OriginaLine version too — I recommend!

good machine, makes great cappuccinos, suffers from some of the same issues as the previous model with the upper part sticking when closing the latch.

It is easy to use and clean Capable of making a Cappuccino or a Late in a short time and with the desired quality You can dose the amount of expresso you want It is a good purchase and has a very good quality-price ratio.

Much better than a keurig! Love being able to make several types of coffees. The pods are easy to buy directly from mespresso or amazon! Best is it has Bluetooth, which will let you know if there are any issues with the machine.

This machine is amazing! I bought it not only wanting to save money instead of going to starbucks but to save time in the morning.
