Perfect purchase, great Samsung phone, good camera, clear screen

Not the best phone I've ever had. But it does what I need it to do for what I spent on it. If I would ever need to replace it, I would get another.

This may be a wonderful product but I was never able to activate it. Apparently, service in some areas require phones that don't have SIM cards. There was no way to know beforehand that this phone wouldn't work in my service area so I wasted many hours on the phone with Net 10 customer "service" trying to get it activated. The Best Buy team did all they could but to no avail. Had to send it back (returns are easy, thank goodness!)

I purchased the phone for my business but was unable to activate it as the towers net10 phones ping off from where I live is Verizon and net10 no longer had a contract with them. I ended up giving the phone to my son to play games on. The phone has a large memory capacity.

It's a good phone for the prepaid program. It does tend to be a little on the slow side, but I can view videos, take & share pictures, make calls, and text.

This is a great phone. There are some issues one may have and then again you may not have the same issues I have. It is a nice size phone so if you are a pre-paid phone user this is worth getting.
