Customer Ratings & Reviews

JUst got it and installed it in my bar. Looks awesome! Cooled down in no time once I let it sit for a day. I'll post an update if anything changes. Today it looks great! The blue light provides a very nice ambiance. I havent decided if i like it better with or without the door handles.

What was supposed to be an exciting addition to a new kitchen has turned into a nightmare. The 1st unit had a bad door seal, the replacement process was smooth and NewAir customer service friendly. BUT when the replacement arrived the door glass had a white murky foggy film on the inside. The original unit did not. The representative said its a confirmed defect and replaced the unit. I sent the old one back for free and all should have been well. Sounds good right? Well, when the replacement arrived it too had a white milky haze on the door glass. Here is where things go really wrong. When I reached back out to customer service, this time they decided that its a feature of the glass on the door and not a defect, so they will not replace it. How was it a defect 2 weeks prior and now not? What is the point of making a nice display cooler, with glass on the doors and led lighting inside to display everything, if what you see has to be through cloudy hazy glass? No web images show this and no marketing materials mention it. So know that These coolers apparently have a murky white film on the door glass which is considered normal characteristic and there is nothing you can do about it and NewAir will not do anything about it. No replacement, and no refund. I now have an eyesore in what is otherwise a nice kitchen area and have to either live with it or spend money on a different brand and dispose of this defective unit myself. This was my 1st NewAir, and will be my last. I will never buy NewAir again.

The best looks good works good excellent product it's a little expensive but you get what you pay for

Perfect for our new kitchen, built in to our cabinets

The power cord was half melted, back grate bent, doors were not aligned and have very sharp corners. The Stainless Steel was already discolored. The worst is that the unit is very loud.

This is the perfect wine/drink cooler. Great looks with an ergonomic design. Fits perfectly under the kitchen counter. Controls are intuitive and functions perfectly.

The fridge fits perfectly at the end of the current counter and will eventually be moved into a remodel/new kitchen. Review that complain that the unit is loud must have extraordinarily quiet appliances, it is not terribly loud. Wine side racks are more forgiving of bottle shape that many wood plank wine fridges and the can side is ice cold. All in all a great beverage fridge option to increase space in the main refrigerator.

Excellent service from the adviser in the store. the construction of the refrigerator where I have two very different products and on different sides and with different temperatures for my children, my friends or for a visit from our best friends without neglecting the color gives a touch of elegance to this refrigerator which constitutes wow an excellent purchase.

The refrigerator is an outstanding product. I would recommend this to everyone.

Great look. Easy install and very quiet. I do wish it held a bit more - the top shelf (i believe) is more tight than the others and didn't allow for 3 bottles. But overall I am happy with purchase!

Great item, quiet and fits everything we want to store, even large cans.

Looks great in my butlers pantry. Love the two sides to be able to keep wines in one side and sodas in the other. So far I can say it is really a great product.

Hard to fit Prosecco bottles in the wine side. Not the quietest fridge

I would have given a 5 star review except the literature is not up to date. It says that right side will go down to 36 like the left side. It will only go down to 40. Fingerprints show up real bad but other than that it is super quiet and looks awesome.

Love it! Fits tons of drinks and looks so sleek and nice.

Love the dual sided temperature control Add great value
