Makes ice quickly with no fuss. Only have to refill with water once a day and holds a lot of ice at a time. My only issue is with the on & off button being awkward as it tends to be very temperamental.

Makes beautiful, clear ice, and FAST. But when you turn this thing on, you have to be ready to retrieve the ice with frequent regularity and move it to your freezer if you don't plan to use it right away. The unit's ice bin has limited capacity and, although somewhat insulated, is not the same as keeping the ice at freezer temperature

This machine makes plenty of ice and taste great!!! The clear ice is perfect, looks amazing in drinks when entertaining. Wish it had a way to make larger ice with replaceable trays. Set up was easy and after start up, priming which took about an hour, have had more than enough ice for our soccer jugs, small ice chest for our tounament with no problems.

I entertain and now I don't have to buy bags of ice. I start it up an hour before and it keeps up with my needs all night. I even take it on vacation with me for making frozen drinks and cocktails to take around the pool. It is the best countertop ice maker I have seen.

It started off pretty good, however, it never made a full piece of ice. It always had holes in it. Now that we had the ice maker for about a month or so, the water in the top reservoir doesnt seem to be flowing down into the machine. The water level never goes down and it sounds like its straining to pump, like the tubing is clogged or something. Im probably going to return it as i purchased the insurance for it.

I've had this ice maker for 2 weeks and it is making random squealing noises. Also the ice doesn't stay frozen and sometimes just huge chunks of ice get stuck where it's being made and I have to turn it off and back on to get it to melt to continue making ice. Additionally, it is an expensive machine. Definitely not worth the price.

Ice is not very dry and tends to melt quickly in the holding box.

I would not recommend this product. The ice that it puts out is half done, then it drops into a non refrigerated collection bin and melts. When you transfer the ice to the freezer it freezes together and becomes one big ice cube.

I bought this ice maker less than a month ago and it started making some weird noise already. Not worth the price.

Not happy with the product, it doesn't have the ability to keep ice frozen once its made. Also didn't keep ice flowing fast enough for a small group party.

I have had my ice maker around 9 months and I am on the third one. The Luma company has replaced the unit 3 times because of defects. This third unit lasted about a month and is now failing. The ice is great when it makes it properly however the quality of the unit is the downfall of this product. The pump does not properly work (a priming issue), the release mechanism releases too much water and filled the storage bin causing the newly made ice to melt. It just does not last like it should. I really like the idea, but the poor quality is making me look for something different.

Definitely makes lots of clear ice. Difficult to clean because of two separate water reservoirs, neither of which can be removed. You’ll be cleaning this every week unless you want food poisoning. If you are buying this for your home, don’t do it.

I love this ice maker. It's easy to use, works perfectly, and best of all makes crystal clear ice! It's portable and requires no plumbing, so wherever you go, as long as you have an outlet, you can bring this ice maker with you.

Last year I ran out of ice at Thanksgiving, this year I'm prepared in advance. I've been using this ice maker for a month and love how quickly it works. The size of the cubes is PERFECT for entertaining (fit nicely into a cocktail or wine glass) vs. the one in my refrigerator.

This is an awesome portable ice maker! Love it!!!!
