Definitely a lot better than most of the charging ports or individual cables or batteries that I’ve ever used. It blends in with the Xbox does not take too much space and the batteries actually last unlike the other gimmicky options.

This product works great with absolutely zero flaws. It connects easy to the Xbox and batteries slide in and out.

Had it for approximately 3 and a half years ish, only just recently did the batteries start wearing out, with playing almost every day for 6 or more hours (approximately), the batteries never died except for extended sessions of 10 or more hours (approximately). Charger is easy to attach to the xbox, charges the batteries fairly quickly, and doesn't affect the xbox in any negative ways. 0 complaints. I'm never going back to batteries and will stick with these as long as I can. Can't recommend it enough if you're looking for rechargeables. Absolutely worth the price.

I've bought two of these, one under the Insignia brand name and a second one for the other Xbox in our house but labeled under NEXT brand. I was confused at first so I went into my local BestBuy and asked my questions. They were very helpful but were also confused at first? Guess BestBuy didnt tell anyone whats going on with their brands (like selling off assets or something). But its the same product, I love them and recommend them often, I always have a charged battery and have nothing bad to say about this product.

Literally plug and play. Setup took less than 1 minute. Charger includes 2 battery packs making swapping batteries during long sessions a breeze. The battery packs fit inside the controller with the original battery cover (other battery packs had their own battery cover with a small opening to plug in and charge while playing but look extremely tacky in my opinion.) If you're looking for a solution to replace standard batteries, do yourself a favor and grab one of these!

This docking station is an amazing deal for the money. For about $20 I got 2 rechargeable batteries and the docking unit. This plugs right in to the USB port on the front of the Xbox. You can keep 1 battery charging while using the other in the controller for non-stop gaming! It also has a spare USB port on the front of the docking station for any USB accessories, like headsets, keyboards, etc.

I ordered this the day it became available and it's been great. It comes with two battery packs so if you mostly play single player you can always have one charged and ready.

Love how it just mounts to the side and bam set in battery packs and your all set plus gives you two battery packs amazing

Great appliance to add to console. Removed charger wires out of the way, makes it look neat.

Poop about time this thing became available. I went to the store and of course there was only one left. I snatched that garden tool.

Good battery life. Stays plugged in tight. Like how the batterys are held in with a little clip. You push on it the batterys spring out.
