    All 3 $50 gift cards were torn open and the balances had been used after receiving a fedex delivery on Christmas Eve. Someone, either with Best Buy or Fed Ex opened the packages and the cards were visible torn and used. No balance remained on any the of cards. My son's Christmas present was a total disappointment. I called Best Buy and they said they cannot replace or help us recover this purchase. I will never buy gifts cards from BestBuy to be shipped as they will not guarantee their product. Very surprising and disappointing. Just hoping to save others from the same problem.
